By using LootLizard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

LootLizard is a metal detecting companion app that helps you log finds, track detecting sessions, monitor fitness data, and connect with other detectorists.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Subscription Tiers

• Free: Core features with ads and usage limits
• Pro: All features, no ads, higher limits

Subscriptions are managed through Google Play or the App Store. Refunds are handled per the respective store's policies.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create (finds, photos, posts, comments). By posting publicly, you grant LootLizard a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Harass other users
• Post offensive content
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits

7. Content Moderation

We may remove content that violates these terms. Reported content may be reviewed and hidden if it violates community guidelines.

8. Disclaimers

• Find identification and VDI readings are for informational purposes only
• Weather data and tide predictions are provided by third parties and may not be accurate
• GPS accuracy depends on device hardware and environmental conditions
• LootLizard is not responsible for the accuracy of location or environmental data

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LootLizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
